Dr. Parimala. Veluvali is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India, a postgraduate in Economics, and holds a Ph.D. in Law. She currently serves as the Director and Associate Professor at Symbiosis School for Online and Digital Learning (SSODL), Symbiosis International (Deemed University). With over 17 years of full-time academic experience and prior industry exposure, Dr. Veluvali teaches core courses such as Legal Aspects of Business, Corporate Law, and Corporate Governance and Ethics. Her dual expertise in law and business, coupled with her ability to effectively engage mature, working professionals in the online mode, sets her apart as a committed and outcome-focused educator. She is known for her exceptional student feedback, practical insights, and for ensuring that learning outcomes are consistently achieved through well-structured, interactive, and learner-centric online pedagogy.

Dr. G.M. Jayaseelan, an accomplished academician, industry professional, researcher and business consultant is the Deputy Director of Symbiosis School for Online and Digital Learning. He has over 25 years of experience across corporate, academic, and entrepreneurial domains. With sales and marketing roles at Bayer India, Philips India, and ETV Network, he brings strong expertise in business strategy and innovation. He has held key academic and leadership positions at institutions such as Sprott School of Business - Carleton University, SIBM Pune, iNurture Education, M.S.Ramaiah Institute of Management and an alumnus of Aston Business School, UK. An AIMA Accredited Management Teacher, his interests include rural consumer Behaviour, branding and technology in marketing, with a strong focus on industry collaboration and learner-centric skill development.

Dr. Shuchita Vaidya holds a Ph.D. in Applied Mathematics and has been in teaching at various universities and different academic settings since 2003. She has taught at undergraduate and postgraduate levels across a variety of disciplines, including Engineering, Management, Nautical Science, and Marine Engineering. Her teaching portfolio includes subjects such as Engineering Mathematics, Advanced Numerical Methods, Discrete Mathematics, Foundations of Mathematics, Statistics for Economics, Probability and Statistics, Linear Algebra and Optimization and Quantitative Methods. While teaching in the UK, she also worked with ESOL (English for Speakers of Other Languages) students, which greatly enhanced her ability to present complex mathematical ideas in a clear, accessible, and inclusive manner. Her research interests lie in mathematical modeling of epidemics and infectious diseases, with a focus on vertical and horizontal transmission dynamics. Her passion is in teaching and creating an engaging learning environment where students are inspired to understand, explore, and appreciate the deeper meaning and applications of Mathematics.

Based in Singapore, he is a Certified Management Consultant (ESCMC) and the Founder & Managing Director of Content Factory Pvt. Ltd., a boutique consultancy driving innovation for SMEs across Singapore, India, and the USA. As a Professor of Practice at Symbiosis International University (India) and Affiliate Faculty at SMU Academy (Singapore), Mayuresh designs and delivers future-ready curriculum in digital strategy, internationalization, branding, and sustainability. His academic affiliations also include Singapore Polytechnic, where he has led curriculum development for enterprise transformation under SSG-funded initiatives.

Dr. Niket Tajne is an accomplished academician and researcher specializing in data science and emerging technologies. He teaches Theoretical Computer Science, Software Engineering, Object-Oriented Software Engineering, PHP, Data Structures, and Computer Graphics, and is actively engaged in student mentoring and curriculum development. With a Ph.D. in Computer Applications, he brings over 14 years of experience as an Assistant Professor and Programme Coordinator. He also has industry experience as a software tester and is recognized for his strong verbal, written, analytical, and interpersonal skills.

Dr. Shantanu Kanade is an experienced academician and researcher specializing in management education and data-driven technologies. He possesses strong competencies in E-Learning, Data Analysis, SQL, Bioinformatics, and Soft Skills, enabling him to contribute across interdisciplinary domains. Dr. Kanade has worked extensively with academic institutions in areas such as student admissions, assessment design, learner engagement, and entrepreneurship development. His teaching and research approach integrates analytical thinking with practical application, preparing learners for evolving industry demands.

Dr. Sneha Kumari is an accomplished academician and researcher. Her teaching is grounded in a strong interdisciplinary background that blends biomedical science, health systems, and advanced data analytics. Dr. Kumari earned her Ph.D. in Biotechnology, with research focused on the application of microarray technology and computational tools such as R and Bioconductor to detect genetic variability in infectious diseases, particularly meningitis and HNSCC. She also holds an M.Sc. in Bioinformatics from Jamia Millia Islamia and a B.Sc. (Hons.) in Biotechnology. Her professional journey includes research roles at premier institutions such as Jawaharlal Nehru University, where she contributed to the Open Source Drug Discovery (OSDD) initiative, advancing tuberculosis research through collaborative bioinformatics analysis. She has presented her work at various national and international conferences and has published research in the domains of gene expression analysis and molecular diagnostics. She brings to the classroom a unique combination of academic rigor, research expertise, and a passion for improving healthcare delivery.

Dr. Shraddha Gupta is an Assistant Professor of Accounting and Finance at the Symbiosis School for Online and Digital Learning (SSODL), Symbiosis International University, India. She holds a Ph.D. in Commerce with a specialization in Finance and Entrepreneurship. Her academic and research interests lie at the intersection of entrepreneurial finance, financial literacy, behavioral finance, and women entrepreneurship. She has contributed extensively to the field through multiple research papers and book chapters published in reputed national and international journals. Dr. Gupta brings a unique blend of academic rigor and practical business insight. Her work often explores how financial awareness, mindfulness, and behavioral factors influence entrepreneurial decision-making, particularly among emerging women entrepreneurs. With a strong inclination toward interdisciplinary and cross-cultural research, she is currently engaged in advancing comparative studies in entrepreneurial finance and exploring the role of institutions such as incubators, accelerators, and universities in shaping entrepreneurial outcomes. In addition to teaching, she actively engages in research, curriculum development, and academic mentoring. She is committed to fostering analytical thinking, financial competence, and entrepreneurial mind-set among students.

Dr. Pratibha is an academician and researcher in Human Resource Management and Organizational Behavior, with expertise in workplace mental health, leadership dynamics, employee behavior, and knowledge management. She has authored more than 10 research publications in reputed Scopus-indexed and ABDC-listed journals such as the International Journal of Contemporary Hospitality Management, Knowledge Management Research and Practice, Evidence-Based HRM and more. In addition to her research contributions, she actively mentors students, guides academic projects, contributes to Self-Learning Material (SLM) development, and manages student cultural club activities, supporting holistic student development. She is committed to integrating research excellence with impactful teaching and student development. She also heads the Cultural Committee at SSODL.

Prof. Abhradita Chatterjee Nahvi is an experienced academic and corporate professional with over 21 years of multidisciplinary experience across higher education, human resource management, and research. She currently serves as the Programme Coordinator of BBA. She has also played leadership roles in initiatives supporting women’s entrepreneurship and student leadership development, including heading the EIC Club and the MUN Club, fostering innovation, debate, and global awareness among students. Prof. Nahvi holds certifications in “Business Communication” (SWAYAM – IIM Bangalore) and Innovation Ambassador Certification (Foundation and Advanced Level) from the Ministry of Education and AICTE, reflecting her commitment to innovation-driven education and industry–academia collaboration.

Dr. Arvind Rite is an Assistant Professor of Economics at the Symbiosis School for Online and Digital Learning (SSODL), Symbiosis International (Deemed University), Pune. With over a decade of academic and research experience, he is committed to fostering student-centered learning and engaging in policy-relevant research in development and agricultural economics. Alongside his teaching responsibilities, Dr. Rite has been actively involved in empirical research with leading institutions such as the Gokhale Institute of Politics and Economics, Tata Institute of Social Sciences, and the National Institute of Bank Management. He has contributed to more than 15 research projects funded by national and international agencies, including NABARD, the Ministry of Agriculture (Government of Maharashtra), and GIZ India. His work spans critical themes such as watershed development, agricultural distress, DBT implementation, irrigation policy, and farmer suicides. Dr. Rite has published in peer-reviewed journals, including Research on World Agricultural Economy, and has presented his work at conferences hosted by institutions such as the Gokhale Institute. He also serves on the Board of Studies in Economics at Tuljaram Chaturchand College, Baramati (Autonomous), where he plays an active role in academic innovation and curriculum development.

Dr. Chaitanya Shinkhede serves as an Assistant Professor and Program Coordinator at the Symbiosis School for Online and Digital Learning, Symbiosis International, Pune. He earned his PhD from TMV, Pune, where he developed an innovative sustainability assessment model for community radio stations. Dr. Shinkhede specializes in teaching development communication, media law and ethics, radio production, and media research. His research interests encompass communication for social change, popular culture, and critical theory. Additionally, Dr. Shinkhede has a keen interest in film editing, having completed a short course on non-linear film editing at FTII, Pune. He is an accomplished book reviewer and researcher, with publications in esteemed journals such as Journalism and Mass Communication Educator, New Media and Society, Asian Journal of Women’s Studies, and South Asia Research.
