The traditional approach to education merely relied on books and memorisation with limited resources and access to information. Knowledge was only confined to libraries and print medias. Whereas with advancement in technology, digital tools, artificial intelligence and continuous innovation in education, the learning experience has seen a remarkable transformation. Learning is now no longer confined to time, location or rigid structures.

Below mentioned are some insights on how evolution in the world of innovation plays a crucial role in today’s world: -

• Artificial intelligence: Predicting the future isn’t magic, it’s artificial intelligence. It has taken over the world’s largest market and those who do not have access to it are the ones who have been forced to rely upon the most basic tools of human intelligence. It is however not a substitute to human intelligence but a tool to amplify human creativity and ingenuity. For example, Chat GPT, Co-pilot, Gemini of Google, aid in easy and effective learning for all.
• In AI powered learning: we can schedule our learning anytime, anywhere with just one click assistance. AI tutors and software designed by huge tech companies guide us through most complex concepts, perhaps instantly and give us comprehensive explanation in real time.
• Accessible Education Resources: Materials such as e-books, video courses, social platforms, online academies are breaking barriers to education and fostering global inclusivity. Online courses, webinars, and digital collaborations allow students and professionals to access world-class knowledge from anywhere, at any time making learning flexible and convenient.
• Virtual Reality and Augmented Reality: Extended Reality Technology makes learning experiential and memorable. In the world of medicos, doctors can perform Virtual Surgeries and learn; whereas history enthusiasts can take historical tours; engineers can practice simulations by mimicking real world situations. Nevertheless, it’s a futuristic Interface Technology.
• Gamification and Interactive Learning: Gamification —integrating game elements into learning has changed the monotonous traditional lectures. It endeavours to literally create a game out of learning by theming all components of your classroom in a game metaphor.
